This compensation does not affect the terms presented to you by the funding provider and is not charged directly to you as an applicant.

Any fees payable to Excel Capital Funding, if applicable, will be disclosed to you prior to the completion of any transaction. We are committed to full transparency in our fee practices.

7. Intellectual Property
